Job Roles and Responsibilities
As an IT Support Working Student, you’ll be the first point of contact for tech-related issues in Applike’s fast-paced office. Your tasks will include:
- Providing first and second-level support for hardware and software issues on both macOS and Windows systems.
- Managing and supporting over 250 workstations.
- Working with key office software like Google Workspace, Office 365, and Jira.
- Ensuring our workplace technology is always operational, including the network, Wi-Fi, and meeting room equipment.
- Setting up and removing technical equipment for employees.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about IT and ready to learn. You should:
- Be a current student in Hamburg.
- Have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Bring good knowledge of both Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Be a reliable, independent, and highly motivated team player.
- Be fluent in English and have clear communication skills in German.
