Job Requirements
To be a successful Junior Product Manager at Applike Group, you should possess a solid foundation in product management principles, a keen analytical mind, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Skills & Experience:
•Product Management Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in a product management, product owner, business analyst, or similar role.
•Agile Methodologies: A clear understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or Kanban, and experience participating in related ceremonies.
•Communication Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English being essential for collaboration within their international team.
•Tool Proficiency: Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for backlog management and documentation.
•Business Acumen: The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, detailed user stories and comprehensive product requirements.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
As a Junior Product Manager within the Rewarded Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of adjoe’s innovative products.
You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that features are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, and business development teams, to gather, analyze, and meticulously document product requirements.
•Product Backlog Management: Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it is clearly prioritized, well-groomed, and comprises well-defined user stories that guide the development process.
•Sprint Participation: Actively participate in all Agile sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to a collaborative and iterative development cycle.
•Feature Alignment: Ensure that all developed features align perfectly with overarching business goals and address critical user needs, maintaining a user-centric approach to product development.
•Documentation Maintenance: Assist in keeping all product documentation up-to-date, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members and stakeholders.
•Team Support & Impediment Removal: Provide ongoing support to the development team by clarifying uncertainties, answering questions, and proactively identifying and helping to remove any impediments that may hinder progress.
